Ed Bassford Joins Sperry Van Ness | Cavalry Commercial Group
LAS VEGAS, Nevada, May 5, 2010 – Ed Bassford has joined Sperry Van Ness | Cavalry Commercial Group (“SVN”) as Vice President, Commercial Sales and Leasing. Prior to SVN, Bassford spent the last 13 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Weingarten Realty Investors respectively. “Ed brings a wealth of solid real estate experience with him, and we couldn’t be more pleased to have him aboard,” said David Stubbs, co-founder of SVN | Cavalry Commercial Group. Bassford’s industry-related experience, in addition to investment sales, includes commercial property leasing, property management, REO portfolio valuation, analysis, and disposition. Bassford was a first lieutenant in the US Marine Corps and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in both Real Estate and Finance.
